This Week: Edition 123

Another week has flown by at Haelo, find out what we’ve got to show for it!

Salford Together

On Tuesday 7 March 2017 Haelo supported Salford Together in hosting an interactive sharing event at The Lowry, Salford Quays: Our journey to an integrated health and social care system.

Participants heard from a variety of leaders from across the system to tell the Salford story so far and how they will continue their integrated journey into the future. The event, hosted for staff in partner organisations, gave Salford Together the opportunity to showcase how they’ve joined together to improve system outcomes and transform health and social care. There were a number of group workshops, which allowed participants to hear more detail on the design and implementation of the Integrated Care Organisation.

You can find out more about the speakers and lessons learned though the live event blog. Keep up with the latest news @SalfordTogether

Lights, Camera, Improvement!

The finest in film, Stephen Miller and Tom Harvey, hosted a film workshop for NHS England this week. The team of two make up our expert film team, responsible for our fabulous film library.

The day explored how film and digital media can be used to harvest, manage and share knowledge about improvement. Chances are there is a video camera in your pocket right now with image quality that only a few years ago would have cost thousands of pounds. We now have the ability to shoot, edit and share a film online all on the same device. When you have a simple message you want to share with a wide audience, nothing beats film.

If you want to run a bespoke session in your organisation email to find out more.
