Kurt Bramfitt, Senior Improvement Advisor at Haelo talks us through what to except at the Science Improvement Masterclass with IHI Senior Fellow Lloyd Provost.
Are you a clinician who wants to improve services for patients?
Improvement science provides valuable tools to support your improvement efforts and when used correctly can accelerate learning and greatly increase your ability to develop changes which will result in improvement.
Chief Executive of Haelo, Professor Maxine Power has laid the foundation with introductory blogs to Improvement Science in her blog series Power on Improvement. This exciting workshop will provide you with an opportunity to explore the world of improvement science with our improvement guru Lloyd Provost and learn new skills and theories which will broaden your understanding of improvement and conceptual thinking. As well as developing a new appreciation for improvement through the various elements of Deming’s profound knowledge you will also hear from clinicians who have used this very methodology first hand to achieve improvements in patient care and reductions in harm.
This workshop is a perfect opportunity for anyone who is new to the world of improvement or wants to refresh their knowledge of improvement science methodology, hearing from internationally renowned improvement experts.
