Do you want to learn more about the tools and techniques that can be used to facilitate improvement work? Would you like to build your skill to be able to successfully run an improvement project?
This three day Improvement Toolkit Training will develop and fine tune the skills of improvers. Building on the basic methodology of the Model for Improvement, this workshop will focus on developing the practical hands on skills and tools commonly used within improvement. Learning will include creating SMART aims, developing a theory for change, driver diagrams and measurement strategy, constructing and interpreting charts, visual display of data and developing and coaching PDSA cycles.
Expert speakers include Senior Improvement Advisor, Kurt Bramfitt and Lead Analyst, Nick John. Find out more about this faculty here.
The next workshop will take place on 4-6 September, however we do run events of this kind throughout the year or you can get in touch with us to discuss a bespoke workshop.
