Evaluation Programme Manager
Assisting the functions and programmes in capturing, storing and disseminating key knowledge. We aim to use effective and innovative knowledge transfer strategies to ensure that the leading developments in healthcare research and practice are made easily and rapidly accessible for front line services.
Supporting the administration of the ‘next generation’ of NHS Safety Thermometers. Providing support for a variety of areas and a range of contracts; report writing, the management of meetings, data analysis and general administration.
Working within the innovation space I am responsible for delivering the Innovating for Improvement Round 5 project, of which Haelo are acting as expert support advisers to over 20 teams nationwide via funding from the Health Foundation.

Supporting the smooth running of the Business Unit by providing all aspects of administrative support to Haelo's Assistant Directors. This includes diary management, organising appointments and convening meetings.
Assisting the business unit with data imputing, booking travel and accommodation for staff, report formatting and supporting recruiting managers and PA’s as well as other daily office duties.

Responsibility for providing expert improvement science coaching and measurement advice across all improvement programmes within Haelo as well as leading the measurement team who provide bespoke data analysis and measurement support.

Responsibility for working with health care teams and Haelo’s improvement programmes to provide improvement science coaching and measurement advice, specifically the Safer Salford Programme.
Managing and administrating the delivery of projects within the Measurement function. Focus on data manipulation, analysis and visualisation, supporting both internal functions and external clients.

Doctoral student researching the use of the Medication Safety Thermometer and registered pharmacist. Research is focused on combining medications research with social theory.
Building partnerships to deliver innovative improvement programmes. Currently managing the Improving Medicines Safety collaborative with the Greater Manchester AHSN and supporting the TDA deliver a rapid improvement cycle on specialling care.
Working in Innovation, supporting the Safer Salford programme. Our aim is to produce a roadmap to enable Salford to become the safest health and social care system in the UK by 2025 through implementation of the Measurement and Monitoring Safety (MMS) Framework.
Clinical Fellow hosted by Haelo for a 12 month secondment. Working on an improvement project to change the access point for MSK Physiotherapy to one of self referral.
Overall responsibility for managing Dementia United. As part of Greater Manchester Devolution, dementia was identified as a early implementation priority . The aim of the programme is to improve the lived experience of people with dementia and their carers and also to reduce pressure on the health and social care system.
My main responsibility is supporting the Programmes Team working closely with Rachel Volland and Stuart Clough. I will be mainly working on the Dementia United and Medway projects, whilst providing support to other projects when required.
Senior Programme & Quality Improvement Lead / Deputy Associate Director of Programmes
I oversee and manage a portfolio of Programmes including Dementia United and Quality Improvement projects to organisations across the UK.
Working in the Improvement Programmes team with responsibility for the project management of the National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP). The aim is to identify people who are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes and recruit them into a behavioural intervention to lower their risk of onset.
Working in the Delivery function I am responsible for managing a quality improvement project in primary care and programme manager for the Safer Care Homes collaborative, part of Safer Salford.

Leads the Programme Management Office for the NHS Quest network which supports organisations to deliver their ambitious quality improvement and safety agenda through leadership networks; measurement support; improvement programmes; and building capability. Faculty member for the Improvement Science for Leaders (IS4L) Programme.
